Three Cities. Three Different Markets.
Here's how Fort Collins, Loveland, and Greeley sold last month plus what's on the calendar around Northern Colorado in August.

Fort Collins
Fort Collins homes sold for a median price of $642,500 in July, the second-highest figure of 2026 and up 8% year-over-year. Buyers had 764 active listings to choose from, 256 homes changed hands, and inventory ran about 6.3% lower than July 2025.
Loveland
The Loveland-Berthoud market posted a median sale price of $550,000, also the second-highest of the year, though that's down 5.2% from July 2025.
Greeley
Greeley-Evans saw a median sales price of $429,060, off 1.4% from a year ago. The market recorded 87 sales against 368 active listings, with inventory down 8.6% from July 2025.
The Bigger Picture
Across the region, inventory is tighter than it was a year ago even as sale prices trend upward in Fort Collins and Loveland. Greeley remains the most affordable of the three markets and is seeing more price softening. Larimer County Fair & PRCA Rodeo, July 31–August 4 at The Ranch Events Complex in Loveland — livestock shows, 4-H exhibits, carnival rides, and rodeo action, with free parking.
Family FunPlex Summer Concert Series, Thursdays through early September, 7:00–8:00 PM at the Family FunPlex Amphitheater in Greeley free outdoor shows.
Watermelon Daze & Beer Garden, August 18 in Loveland a local late-summer favorite.
Farmers markets continue all month: Loveland (Sundays, 9 AM–1 PM at Fairgrounds Park), Fort Collins (Saturdays, 9 AM–1 PM), and Greeley (Saturdays, 8 AM–noon).
